1999 NY State Summer Reading Program
You're invited to join the party this summer! Join us for a free program of festive reading and rollicking activities for school-age children and teens in the Goshen Central School District. The program runs July 6 through August 5 and activities can be selected to fit busy summer schedules
- Mini Merrymakers - For kids entering grades K - 1 (Click here for more information.)
- Reading Revelers - For kids entering grades 2 - 6 (Click here for more information.)
- YA Party Animals - For kids entering grades 7 - 12 (Click here for more information.)
Registration starts Wednesday, June 23 from 9 AM until 4:30 PM and will continue through July 6. Early registrants will receive a t-shirt decal. Special "Celebration" programs throughout the summer!

Mini Merrymakers Read to Me Club
For Goshen Central School District children entering kindergarten and first grade. Books, stickers, prizes, fun!Mini Storytime - Join us for stories, games, crafts, and films: Wednesdays, July 7 - August 4, 10:30 - 11:30 am or 2:30 - 3:30 pm.
Club members are not required to attend storytime sessions. Some children choose to simply collect stickers for the library books read to them.
Children should come to the library once a week, when possible, to show their reading log and collect stickers and prizes. "Sticker-Pick" times are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10 am to 4:30 pm or Tuesday evenings between 5:30 and 7:30 pm. (Special appointments made upon request.)
Register in person (child and parent) June 23 through July 6, 9:30 am - 4:30 pm.
Reading Revelers Summer Reading Club
For Goshen Central School District children entering grades 2 - 6. Books, stickers, prizes, fun!Bookshare/Activity Programs - Come and share a library book you have read! And join us for crafts, games, films and other party-time fun! Tuesdays, July 6 - August 3, 10:30 - 11:30 am, 1 - 2 pm or 2:30 - 3:30 pm.

YA Party Animals Teen Reading/Volunteer Club
For Goshen Central School District children entering grades 7 - 12. Books, stickers, prizes, fun!Party Animal Activities - T-shirt decorating, calligraphy, cake decorating, party game, and more! Mondays, June 28 - August 2 (except July 5), 2:30 - 4 pm.
Read for fun and prizes! Participate in weekly activities. Give out stickers and prizes to the younger children. Help with their programs. Do all or any of the above!
Register in person June 23 through July 6, 9 - 4:30 pm.
